Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Cable Tray Installation Technicians for a project in Dubai. The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, assembling, supporting, and maintaining cable tray systems in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install cable trays, ladders, supports, brackets, and related accessories.

Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and installation plans.

Measure, cut, align, and securely fix cable trays at the required locations.

Install cable tray supports using appropriate tools and equipment.

Ensure proper spacing, alignment, levelling, and secure fastening of cable trays.

Coordinate with electricians and other site teams during installation activities.

Carry out cable tray modifications, extensions, and adjustments when required.

Inspect completed installations and correct any defects or alignment issues.

Follow project specifications, quality standards, and site procedures.

Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at the worksite.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.

Required Qualifications and Skills

4–5 years of relevant experience in cable tray installation.

Previous experience on construction, industrial, commercial, or MEP projects.

Ability to read electrical drawings and cable tray layouts.

Knowledge of cable tray types, supports, fittings, and installation methods.

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and cutting equipment safely.

Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in demanding site conditions.

Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

UAE or GCC project experience will be an advantage.
