About this job
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily Tally entries and accounting transactions.
Manage store activities, stock records, inward/outward materials.
Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans.
Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time.
Verify quantities, rates, GST, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Store & Dispatch teams.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Prepare basic reports and assist with stock reconciliation.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic accounting and GST knowledge.
Good documentation and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Qualification
- Graduate/B.Com preferred
- Experience
- 1–3 years in Tally, Store, Invoicing, or Accounts.
- Pay
- ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
