Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-House Management
- Welcoming members, handling walk-ins, and managing phone/email enquiries.
- Sales & Conversion
- Following up on leads and converting enquiries into active gym memberships.
- Brand Representation
- Providing information about our classes and ensuring every visitor has a premium experience.
- Administration
- Maintaining accurate member records and managing basic gym floor coordination.
Who We Are Looking For
- Confidence
- You are comfortable striking up conversations and selling the benefits of a fitness lifestyle.
Experience: We are open to freshers with the right attitude, as well as experienced candidates from hospitality, retail, or business development backgrounds.
- Professionalism
- Presentable appearance and excellent communication skills are a must.
