Job Description: The Senior Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of client operations in Manila across assigned lines of business. The role is accountable for operational performance, customer outcomes, client partnership, people leadership, financial discipline, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Senior Manager translates account strategy into clear operating plans, develops leaders, manages risk, and ensures consistent delivery against contractual and internal standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Willing to relocate to Phillipinnes

Significant leadership experience in BPO, contact center, customer service, collections, utilities, or a

comparable regulated environment.

Demonstrated experience leading managers and multi-team operations.

Proven client and senior stakeholder management experience.

Strong track record in performance improvement, operational governance, and people development.
