Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual acuity and refraction tests.
• Perform preliminary eye examinations as per clinic protocols.
• Assist ophthalmologists during patient consultations.
• Explain optical products and prescriptions to patients.
• Handle optical sales and dispensing.
• Maintain accurate patient and examination records.
• Ensure a positive and professional patient experience.
• Coordinate effectively with clinical and optical teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of refraction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-friendly and professional approach.
• Sales-oriented with willingness to achieve optical sales targets.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy eye-care environment.
• Relevant experience in an eye clinic, hospital, or optical setup is preferred.
