Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Executive to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for IT roles. This role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills

Good communication skills with any graduation

2+ years of relevant experience

Experience in voice or semi-voice process (international calling – UK/USA/Canada/Australia)

Candidates should reside within 10-12 km commuting distance or be willing to relocate near the office
