Ecommerce Executive

IMASTUDENT.COM is seeking six highly motivated Ecommerce Operations Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of our brand, managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who are not just looking for a job, but are driven to exceed targets and solve complex customer challenges with empathy and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on active listening and clear communication.

Sales & Support: Identify customer needs to not only resolve issues but also recommend products, consistently meeting and over-achieving personal and team sales quotas.

Problem Solving: Adapt quickly to different customer personalities and situations to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents using our CRM systems.

Operational Agility: Multitask effectively by managing time between calls, administrative duties, and operational tickets without compromising quality.

Candidate Requirements

Language Proficiency

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Experience

Entry-level or Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

Soft Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills including active listening. Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.

Education

Diploma or equivalent required; University/College degree is preferred.
