Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of .net, azure devops, C# applications. They will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams to design, develop, and implement .net, azure devops, c# solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment

• Implement best practices in coding standards, security, and scalability

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to meet business requirements

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, azure devops, c# development

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in .net framework and c# programming language

• Handson experience with azure devops for ci/cd pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly microsoft azure

• Ability to lead and motivate technical teams towards project success

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development best practices

Other Requirements

• Azure Developer Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory
