MBBS Doctor – In-Office

We are looking for MBBS Doctors to join our healthcare operations team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day doctor operations, monitoring consultations and clinical workflows, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring smooth execution of healthcare services.

This is a full-time, work-from-office operations role.

Key Responsibilities

Track and resolve operational issues related to doctor availability and workflow.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth healthcare operations.

Monitor daily operational metrics and prepare reports/updates.

Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Support escalation management and timely resolution of operational issues.

Maintain accurate operational records and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.

Valid medical registration.

0–3 years of experience; freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can also apply.

Good understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and digital platforms.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage operational priorities.

Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
