Delivery Associate / Delivery Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, energetic Delivery Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up orders from our hub and delivering packages safely, accurately, and on schedule to customers along assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up assigned packages and parcels from the warehouse/hub.

Plan and navigate the most efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled delivery windows.

Safely transport and deliver items to residential and commercial addresses.

Verify delivery details and obtain recipient signatures or delivery confirmation via mobile app.

Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required and reconcile daily collections.

Inspect delivery vehicle daily and adhere strictly to all road safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid driver’s license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) and vehicle registration/insurance.

Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) or vehicle preferred.

Functional smartphone with active internet access and GPS navigation.

Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and neighborhoods.

Good time management, customer service, and communication skills.

High school diploma / 10th or 12th pass preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
