KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient care and monitoring

Medication administration as per doctor's orders

Maintaining nursing records and documentation

Assisting doctors during procedures

Monitoring vital signs and patient condition

Maintaining infection-control and patient-safety standards

Effective coordination with doctors and other hospital departments
