Nurse – Palliative Care Support

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide dedicated support to patients requiring Palliative Care services.

Educational Qualification

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed hospital, with strong patient care skills. Experience in palliative care, patient support, and basic data management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care based on updated best practices in palliative care

Support patients and guide family members in home-based care as well as OPD

Participate in care delivery at RPC and during home visits

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records

Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Post-training, assist in training caregivers and other stakeholders in palliative care

Behavioural Competencies

Patience, empathy, and compassion

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

High standards of ethics and professionalism

Basic computer proficiency

Desirable Skills

Prior experience in palliative care nursing

Knowledge or experience in colostomy care
