Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering company.

Job Responsibilities

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials as per requirements. The candidate will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper identification, storage, and handling of materials.

The role involves preparing and maintaining GRN, material inward and outward records, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store-related documentation. The candidate will conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.

The Store Executive will coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements, shortages, excess stock, rejected materials, and timely availability of materials. The candidate will also monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and support inventory control activities.

The candidate should ensure proper housekeeping and systematic storage of materials while following company safety procedures and store policies.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of inventory management, material handling, GRN, stock verification, FIFO, and documentation is required. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP/Tally or other inventory software will be preferred.

The candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with different departments.

Preferred Candidate: Diploma holder with experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment and willingness to work at the company location as required.
