Management Trainee-Research, Analytics & Business Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, analytical, adaptable, and tech-savvy Management Trainee with a broad, flexible profile who can independently handle multiple business functions including Research & Analytics, Accounts, Finance, Taxation, HR, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research.

Analyse financial and business data and prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Support Accounts, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, GST/TDS, and financial analysis.

Assist with HR operations, employee records, attendance, and salary/payroll activities.

Coordinate with consultants, employees, vendors, and internal teams as required.

Use MS Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and other digital technologies for reporting and process improvement.

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Handle ad-hoc management assignments and take ownership of multiple responsibilities independently.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Financial Statements & Corporate Finance – Mandatory.

Basic understanding of Taxation, HR & Payroll.

Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

Ability to multitask, work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership.

Power BI, Tableau, AI tools, or ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
