Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Purchase Executive to support the company’s purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, collect quotations, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.

Key Responsibilities

Visit suppliers and vendors for purchase-related activities.

Source materials and collect quotations from different suppliers.

Coordinate with vendors regarding price, availability, quality, and delivery schedules.

Compare quotations and share purchase details with the concerned team.

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with the office and stores team regarding material requirements.

Verify received materials against purchase requirements.

Maintain basic purchase records and vendor information.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers.

Handle other field-related purchase activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase, procurement, vendor coordination, or a similar field role.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and vendor handling.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Willingness to travel locally for vendor and purchase-related work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

Two-wheeler riding skills are required for field visits.
