AV Square Realty is looking for motivated, confident, and communication-focused Real Estate Telecallers to join our team.

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and property leads.

Follow up with leads received through online and offline sources.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

Explain property projects, locations, and basic investment details.

Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into site visits.

Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

Update customer and lead information and maintain proper follow-up records.

Work towards achieving calling, lead generation, and site visit targets.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Candidates from any professional background with good communication skills are welcome.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships with clients.
