Job Description

GRIP International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain company data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data in company systems.

Maintain records, files, and databases.

Verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Handle Excel spreadsheets and basic documentation.

Update product, customer, sales, and inventory information.

Organize and maintain digital records.

Coordinate with different departments for data-related requirements.

Perform regular data checking and correction.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Good typing speed and accuracy

Basic computer knowledge

Attention to detail

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage data and documents efficiently
