Godown & Rental Operations In-Charge

Maintain complete records of all décor materials, furniture, props, tools and rental items.

Check the availability and condition of items before confirming them for events or rentals.

Prepare items according to event lists and ensure correct loading and timely dispatch.

Verify all returned items through proper counting and condition checking.

Immediately report missing, damaged or broken items to management.

Coordinate rental bookings, deliveries, collections and customer requirements.

Maintain inward, outward, rental and damage records without delay.

Ensure every item is properly labelled, photographed and stored in its assigned location.

Keep the godown clean, organised and safe at all times.

Supervise godown helpers and allocate their daily work.

Coordinate with planners, designers and the production team for upcoming events.

Conduct regular physical stock checks and update the inventory.

Arrange cleaning, repair and maintenance of items after every event.

Monitor packing materials, tools and other godown supplies.

Ensure that no item leaves the godown without approval and proper documentation.

Take responsibility for the opening and closing of the godown and its overall security.

Submit daily work updates and a weekly stock/damage report to management.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
