Operations Executive

We are looking for qualified and innovative operations executives to increase the efficiency of our operations. In this role you need to perform operational tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with clients and training centers for smooth execution of online and offline exams.

Handle end-to-end task execution and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Analyze, maintain, and monitor operational data and records.

Communicate with managers and upper management for task updates and issue resolution.

Conduct document verification and background checks as required.

Manage official communication, emails, and assessment-related correspondence.

Escalate critical issues to management for immediate action.

Improve business processes and support project planning to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria

• Good People Management & Coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office especially Advance Excel and basic excel.
• Good email skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Analytical experience required.
• Sound business decision-making ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business background

Pay

₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
