Key Responsibilities - Customer Support Executive

Strong customer engagement and convincing abilities

Ability to clearly explain loyalty programs, benefits, and processes

Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls

Ability to generate referrals through customer conversations

Target of 50+ connected calls per day

Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system

Educational Qualification

Graduate of any stream

Experience

1-3 years of experience in premium customer service, telecalling.
