Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.
• Allocate duties, manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Handle customers, queries, complaints, and ensure good customer service.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, pricing, and store presentation.
• Manage billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales closing.
• Monitor store expenses, discounts, returns, and wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams for stock requirements.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, security, and company SOP compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of retail store operations.
• Excellent sales and team management skills.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and stock management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and retail/ERP software.
• Target-oriented and commercially aware.
• Professional, organized, and able to handle busy store operations.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
