ICU Nurse @ SRV Rajebhadur Hospital

• Receive patients from the Emergency Department, OT, Cath Lab, wards, or other critical-care areas with proper handover.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment of critically ill patients.
• Continuously monitor vital signs, ECG, SpO₂, blood pressure, respiratory rate, temperature, and neurological status.
• Monitor patients on ventilators, NIV, oxygen therapy, and other life-support systems.
• Identify changes in the patient's clinical condition and immediately inform the treating physician.
• Maintain accurate intake and output records.
• Provide regular nursing care, including hygiene, positioning, pressure-area care, and nutritional support.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
