Job Responsibilities

• Conduct online software demos for prospective customers through Zoom, Google Meet, or other online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the software features and workflow clearly.
• Handle customer software queries and provide online support.
• Guide customers through software usage, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team for issues that require technical assistance.
• Follow up with customers regarding demos, queries, and pending issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer queries, demos, and follow-ups.
• Provide basic training to customers through online sessions.
• Communicate professionally with customers over phone, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.

Important

• No onsite visits or field work.
• Work will be conducted from the office and through online communication only.
• Candidate should be comfortable explaining software to customers over phone and video calls.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Ability to understand and explain software features.
• Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in software support, customer support, telecalling, or software demos will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with knowledge of Hospital Management Software / Healthcare Software will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working on computers and handling multiple customer queries.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
