Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their footwear requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable footwear based on size, comfort, style, and budget.
• Demonstrate product features, offers, and ongoing promotions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle product trials, billing support, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
• Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate stock handling, tagging, and shelf replenishment.
• Support stock counting and inventory management.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to achieve store sales and operational goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in retail/footwear/fashion sales is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented, energetic, and target-driven.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
