Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives for our real estate projects in the rapidly growing Vrindavan market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring the team, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and site visit conversions.

• Assign leads to team members and ensure proper tracking in CRM.

• Support team members in closing deals and handling key clients.

• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with marketing and management for lead generation strategies.

• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
