Guide the team in outbound calling, lead conversion, and sales activities. Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets. Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in client conversions. Track team attendance, follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales activities. Prepare and share daily/weekly team performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and guidelines.
