Desktop Support Engineer

Provide onsite technical support to warehouse employees and staff. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Windows OS, and IT peripherals . Troubleshoot hardware issues involving RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, SMPS, etc. Support and troubleshoot barcode scanners, handheld devices, thermal/label printers, and other warehouse equipment . Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, switches, and network ports . Install and configure Windows, drivers, MS Office, antivirus, and other required applications . Perform basic printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Manage IT assets, including asset tagging, inventory, movement, replacement, and stock records .
