Reach out to assigned delinquent customers via outbound calls to recover past-due payments. Understand customer payment constraints and negotiate realistic, mutually acceptable payment schedules or settlements. Log all customer interactions, payment commitments, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM database. Follow up consistently on promises to pay (PTP) to ensure timely collection. Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI/TRAI guidelines) and internal compliance norms regarding ethical debt recovery practices. Escalate complex or uncooperative accounts to the Team Leader for resolution.
