Key Responsibilities

Design Displays

Create striking window displays, interior layouts, and floor plans that match brand guidelines.

Optimize Space

Arrange products, lighting, and signage to guide customer movement and highlight key items.

Source Materials

Find and buy props, fixtures, and materials while staying within an assigned budget.

Track Trends

Research consumer habits, fashion trends, and competitor setups to update seasonal themes.

Collaborate

Work closely with store managers, marketing teams, and sales staff to execute promotional campaigns.

Analyze Performance

Review sales data to adjust product placement and improve commercial results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Creativity & Design

Strong visual sense, color coordination, and portfolio of past retail displays.

Software Proficiency

Familiarity with 3D design tools or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Communication

Excellent interpersonal skills to train store teams and negotiate with suppliers.

Physical Stamina

Ability to lift props, climb ladders, and assemble physical installations.

Education

Degree in visual communications, fashion merchandising, graphic design, or a related field.
