Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.

Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products or solutions.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.

Process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage cash register operations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with team members to optimize store performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
