Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide professional and empathetic support to our customers, respond to their queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.

Communicate with customers through various channels.

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Develop a strong understanding of our products to answer customer questions effectively.

Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Coordinate with colleagues and internal teams when required.

Provide feedback to improve the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support.

Requirements

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer support/customer service is preferred.

Good communication (English) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using computers.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Positive and customer-focused attitude.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
