Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Travel Voice process. The role involves handling international customer interactions, understanding travel-related requirements, and providing professional, accurate, and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through voice calls for an international travel process.

Understand customer requirements through effective probing and active listening.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Handle international customers confidently and professionally.

Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality.

Follow defined customer-service and process standards.

Maintain professional communication throughout every interaction.

Eligibility

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling.

Strong spoken English and communication skills.

Good active listening and probing abilities.

Confident international customer-handling skills.

Strong problem-solving and query-resolution abilities.

Comfortable working in a rotational-shift environment.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC

Up to ₹3.9 LPA

Approx. In-Hand: Up to ₹25,000/month

Salary Hike

Up to 30% over last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer
