Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller – Sales & Marketing to handle outbound calls, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. The candidate should have good communication skills and relevant experience in telecalling or sales calling.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls using company-provided customer data.

Explain company services and understand customer requirements.

Identify and qualify interested prospects.

Follow up with potential customers regularly.

Schedule appointments with interested customers.

Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.

Coordinate with the concerned team for scheduled appointments.

Update customer and lead information accurately.

Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales Calling, Telesales, or Telemarketing.

Graduate in any stream.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Confident and professional communication skills.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Word, and computer operations.

Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up.

Knowledge of finance or financial services will be preferred.

Ability to handle customer queries and follow up with leads effectively.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
