Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and articulate International Voice Process Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with overseas clients, generating leads, managing follow-ups, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to international clients and potential customers

Manage inbound and outbound inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Follow up with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Required Skills

Fluent English (neutral or global accent preferred)

Experience with Vietnam / UAE / Australia clients

Strong objection handling & closing skills

Comfortable with night shifts (if required)

Basic CRM knowledge

Zoho CRM

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process, BPO, or customer support role

Prior experience handling overseas clients will be an added advantage

Graduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or clear accent

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer handling techniques preferred
