Job Summary.

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and enthusiastic Tele-caller who can communicate effectively with prospective participants, explain our meditation programs, schedule appointments, and support participant enrolment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in wellness and helping people. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective participants from the provided database.  Handle inbound inquiries regarding meditation programs, retreats, workshops.

Explain the benefits, schedules, of Sunya Meditation Studio programs.

Follow up with interested individuals through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

Convert inquiries into registrations through consistent follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and participant information in CRM or Excel.

Schedule appointments, introductory sessions, and counselling calls.

Build positive relationships with participants and address their queries professionally.

Coordinate with the operations team regarding registrations and event schedules.

Collect participant feedback after programs and maintain follow-up communication.

Achieve monthly lead conversion and participant enrolment targets. Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Pleasant and convincing telephone etiquette.  Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and handle objections politely.  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools is an advantage.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Experience

Fresher, 6 Months To 3 years of experience in Tele-calling, customer support, sales, counselling, or customer relationship management.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or service industries will be an added advantage.
