Customer Service Representative (CSR) Pune, India

Position Overview

The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry.

Work Schedule

3 days in office, 2 days work from home. Candidate must be located in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, process and track customer orders, and file and back up order data.

Maintain communication with customers, reply to emails, and confirm delivery schedules.

Prepare shipping documents, assist sales staff in controlling shipments, and handle import and export matters.

Provide regular sales status reports for sales staff and supervisors’ reference.

Assist sales staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Assist sales staff in organizing customer data, including basic company information, transaction records, and issue handling status.

Qualifications

Experience

1 year SAP/MN operation experience.

Core Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry.
