Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized laboratory investigations as per approved SOPs.

Receive, identify, label and process patient specimens correctly.

Ensure proper sample collection, transportation, storage and rejection procedures.

Operate laboratory instruments and equipment according to manufacturer instructions and SOPs.

Monitor instrument performance and report abnormalities immediately.

Ensure timely processing and reporting of test results.

Handle emergency and priority samples appropriately.

Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalate unresolved issues.

Follow laboratory quality procedures and approved SOPs at all times.

Perform and document Internal Quality Control (IQC).

Participate in External Quality Assessment (EQA)/Proficiency Testing activities where applicable.

Identify non-conformities and report them to the concerned authority.

Participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain quality records, worksheets, logs and checklists.

Support laboratory activities related to NABL requirements, where applicable.

Maintain accurate laboratory records and registers.

Complete worksheets, equipment logs, temperature logs and QC records.

Ensure proper documentation of test results and technical activities.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Report unusual findings, critical values and technical issues to the authorized person.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
