About this job

Lead Management & Conversion: Connect immediately with potential customers who submit online inquiries. Pitch Maruti Suzuki car models, digital brochures, prices, and active monthly variants/promotions.

Showroom & Test Drive Bookings: Persuade interested buyers to visit the dealership or arrange doorstep test drives.

Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with cold, warm, and hot leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
CRM Data Hygiene: Log every call status, customer interaction, and follow-up timeline accurately into Maruti’s internal CRM platform.
Cross-Functional Handover: Route qualified leads to field sales executives seamlessly for final retail closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or any G
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
