HR Executive - Retail Operations Immediate Joiner Only

Couch & Decor is looking for an HR Executive – Retail Operations with hands-on experience in retail recruitment, showroom hiring, employee onboarding, HR operations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom sales, office, and support positions.

Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and other channels.

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.

Monitor employee performance during probation and coordinate confirmation processes.

Support employee engagement, retention, talent management, and grievance handling.

Handle employee disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.

Conduct exit formalities and maintain attrition and employee records.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS and recruitment reports for management review.

Candidate Profile

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in retail/showroom operations.

Hands-on experience in retail recruitment and HR operations.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and employee records.

Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
