Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Branch Coordinator to manage daily branch operations, coordinate employee duties, monitor order processing, and ensure smooth administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare employee duty rosters and arrange backup plans for shift shortages.
Track incoming customer orders and coordinate with the store team.
Monitor order fulfillment and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Follow up on invoices and ensure timely billing.
Handle day-to-day branch administration and coordination.
Coordinate with employees and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain proper records and follow up on pending operational activities.
