Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with customers regarding export shipments and documentation.

Liaise with internal operations teams, shipping lines, airlines and transporters.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely shipment delivery.

Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.

Follow up with customers and ensure smooth communication throughout the shipment process.

Maintain customer records and prepare necessary reports.

Assist with billing coordination and MIS reporting.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Basic knowledge of import and export documentation.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong coordination, follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
