CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.

Load and unload components safely.

Follow work instructions, drawings and process sheets.

Perform basic dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.

Monitor machine operation, tool condition and component quality.

Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.

Report machine abnormalities, tool wear and quality issues to the Supervisor.

Follow production and quality targets.

Qualification

ITI – Fitter / Machinist / Turner / CNC-related trade

Diploma – Mechanical / Production preferred

0–1 year experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing preferred.

Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma can also apply.

Skills

Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operation

Basic drawing reading

Measuring instruments knowledge

Willingness to work in shifts

Good safety awareness
