Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, pitching our products/services to potential clients, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities, potential clients, and business avenues through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital outreach.

Client Engagement

Present, promote, and pitch products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers to meet their needs.

Sales Pipeline Management

Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively converting leads into paying accounts.

Negotiation & Closure

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Research

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and target achievement status for senior management.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Education

12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any field.

Experience

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience in sales, retail, or business development are welcome.

Skills

Basic to Good English and strong local language communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Basic understanding of B2B, B2C, or direct field sales.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
