Roles & Responsibilities

Review and process healthcare/ambulance call reports accurately.

Enter and validate information in billing software.

Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete information and report discrepancies.

Process assigned pending and rejected claims accurately and on time.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Follow client-specific processes, quality standards, and SLAs.

Learn and follow healthcare billing and compliance guidelines.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams to resolve process-related queries.

Maintain confidentiality of healthcare and patient information.

Support the team with additional tasks and projects as required..
