ABOUT THE COMPANY

Radiant Energies is a newly launched gas and fuel distribution company focused on serving commercial and industrial customers. Our operations involve coordinating fuel requirements, customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, order processing and delivery-related activities.

We are building a dedicated team to support efficient operations, reliable service and long-term customer relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer calls and enquiries.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Manage daily operational activities.

Follow up with leads and support sales activities.

Make telecalling and follow-up calls.

Coordinate customer requirements and delivery-related activities.

Maintain customer and operational records.

Follow up on pending enquiries and requirements.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Ensure smooth day-to-day business processes.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Good communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Good follow-up and record-maintenance skills.

Positive, punctual and willing to learn.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Freshers are welcome. Sales, telecalling, operations or customer coordination experience is an advantage.
