WHAT WE LOOK FOR

2+ years of teaching experience preferred

Freshers are also welcome to apply

Graduate / Postgraduate in the relevant subject

B.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT / Montessori qualification preferred, as applicable

Excellent spoken & written English communication

Strong classroom management and student-handling skills

Child-centered and student-focused approach

Ability to use activity-based & experiential learning

Familiarity with digital classrooms & smart teaching tools

Positive attitude, patience, creativity and teamwork

Willingness to actively participate in school activities & events

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT – SECONDARY FACULTY

Teachers with IIT / JEE Foundation teaching experience are preferred.

Experience in concept-based learning, competitive-exam foundation teaching, problem-solving and advanced subject preparation will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and deliver engaging, concept-focused lessons

Create activities, worksheets and assessments

Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment

Monitor students' academic progress

Encourage participation, creativity and independent thinking

Support students' overall academic and personal development

Collaborate with teachers and the academic team

Contribute to school events and academic initiatives
