Site Engineer - Electrical & Plumbing (MEP Execution)

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Electrical & Plumbing Execution professional with 3-6 years of experience in construction projects. You will manage site work for electrical and plumbing installations and make sure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Execute and supervise electrical works: conduiting, wiring, cable laying, DB/panel installation, lighting, earthing, and testing

Execute and supervise plumbing works: water supply, drainage, sewage, sanitary fixtures, pumps, and fire-fighting lines

Read and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

Coordinate with civil, HVAC, and fire teams to avoid clashes and delays

Manage contractors, foremen, and site labour, and plan daily manpower and material requirements

Ensure work follows approved drawings, IS codes, and site safety norms

Conduct quality checks, pressure and leak tests, and electrical testing before handover

Maintain measurement sheets, material records, and daily progress reports

Support billing and certification of contractor work

Identify and resolve site issues quickly to keep the schedule on track

Requirements

3-6 years of hands-on execution experience in electrical and plumbing works in residential, commercial, or industrial construction

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or ITI with strong site experience

Good knowledge of MEP drawings, site measurement, and quality standards

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

Ability to manage teams and work at project sites

Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
