Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and driven Pre-Sales Associates to manage and convert
inbound leads. You will engage with customers through calls, chats, and CRM, understand
their needs, and drive them to visit our state-of-the-art Experience Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, chat, and CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the value of visiting our
Experience Centers.
- Convert potential customers into store visits and pass qualified leads to
Sales/Retail teams.
- Maintain updated and accurate lead information on CRM.
- Work closely with Sales & Retail teams for seamless lead handover and conversion
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and guide them effectively.
- Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Pay
- ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
