Warehouse Manager

Inbound & receiving. Own end-to-end inbound operations, coordinate supplier deliveries, reduce inwarding TAT and ensure zero-discrepancy acceptance.

Cataloging & inventory. Lead product tagging, SKU creation and system entry; drive process improvements, audits and cycle counts for inventory accuracy.

Outbound fulfilment. Manage timely, accurate dispatches to the dark store network and optimise pick-pack-dispatch workflows for maximum throughput.

KPI ownership. Own Days to Inward, Stock Loss % and Cataloging Accuracy %; build dashboards, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

Team & vendor management. Build and develop the warehouse team, set performance expectations and manage 3PL/freight partners against SLAs.

Warehouse experience. 3+ years of warehouse management experience in quick commerce or e-commerce, with direct ownership of inbound, inventory and

outbound operations.

Operational excellence. Demonstrated success improving warehouse KPIs through process redesign and team development.

Problem solving. Able to diagnose issues quickly, think structurally and implement solutions without waiting for perfect information.

Bias for action. Move fast, iterate on the ground and take ownership in ambiguous operating environments.

People & data orientation. Strong people skills and comfort with operational metrics; familiarity with WMS and inventory tooling is a plus.
