Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Pragathi IT Ads is a dynamic IT and digital solutions provider helping businesses scale through innovative digital marketing, web development, SEO, and brand growth strategies. We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Associate to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

As a Telecaller at Pragathi IT Ads, you will connect with prospective business owners (B2B), introduce our digital marketing and web solutions (Website Development, SEO, Social Media Ads, Branding), and set up meetings for our technical and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from verified database lists.

Pitch our core services (Web Design, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding).

Understand client business requirements and explain how our digital solutions can help them generate more revenue.

Schedule appointments/demos between qualified leads and our business consulting team.

Follow up regularly with warm leads and maintain detailed call records in Google Sheets / CRM.

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Any Degree or Diploma / 12th Pass.

Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or B2B inside sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Language Proficiency

Fluent in English

Skills: Clear phone voice, persuasive negotiation skills, confidence in handling objections, and basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
